Michael ‘Grizzly’ Barton started fencing with a foil at his high school at the age of 14 and has loved swords ever since! He discovered Stoccata 5 years later and has had a keen interest in the highland broadsword focusing on the works of Andrew Lonnergan, Thomas Page and Donald McBane.

Grizzly also has a keen interest in using the broadsword alongside the alehouse dagger (because what is better than wielding one basket??? Wielding two!!!)
